1862 Tulloch and Denny changed its name to Denny and Co
1868 William Denny became a partner at the engine works
1871 Walter Brock became partner at the engine works
1871 James Denny, Senior became a partner at the engine works
1885 R. B. Pope became a partner at the engine works
1893 Henry William Brock became a partner
1896 John Ward became a partner at the engine works; Colonel John Denny became a partner at the engine works.
1896 Archibald Denny became a partner at the engine works.
1914 Engineers and Boilermakers. Specialities: Marine Engines and Boilers generally, Machinery for Destroyers etc. [2]
1918 The Leven shipyard, William Denny and Brothers, and the marine engine works of Denny and Co were combined in a single limited liability company William Denny and Brothers Ltd.
