Britannia phaeton of new design, with registered lock or wheel-plate in the front part of the carriage, which enables a single horse or a pair to be brought near to the driver, or dashing leather, giving the advantage of a high front, bringing the wheels nearer to each other, and allowing any description of carriage to be kept at any elevation from the ground.
