The registered tavola pianoforte. A dining or drawing-room table, stands upon a centre-block or pedestal, and contains a pianoforte (opening with spring-bolts) on the grand principle, with a closet containing music composed by the inventor. This pianoforte has the ordinary power of tone, although occupying half the usual space, and can be made the piccolo or grand size.
