Held on the Saturday 6th and Monday 8th June (Whitsun) 1908. 4,000 people on the first day and 15,000 to 16,000 on the second. No motor-cycle races this time although there had been on two previous occasions.

Contest between F. Newton (Napier "Firefly" owned by Selwyn Edge) and Oscar Cupper (Metallurgique)

All-Comers race won by P. D. Stirling (Berliet)

Limit Stakes won by G. W. Abercromby (Fiat)

President's Cup won by G. Bliss (Vinot)

2nd heat won by O. S. Thompson (Austin)

Final Heat won by H. G. Nalder (Berliet)

Training Plate won by H. Austin (Austin)
