1919 Water Undertakings

From Graces Guide

1919 The Minister of Munitions, under wartime powers, had certified that the supply of light, heat, water or power or the supply of tramways facilities by the several establishments specified "was of importance for the purpose of carrying on munitions work" but such supply was no longer of importance for that purpose so the Minister has revoked the said certificates.
