1966 Appointed general manager of the AEI Ltd. turbine-generator division.[1]
1969 Appointed managing director of Staveley Industries to be effective early in the new year. Dr Frankel is at present managing director of English Electric-AEI Turbine Generators and was earlier this year presented with the 1969 James Clayton Prize of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers.[2]
