1923 A. Hall and Sons Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £12,000, to acquire by purchase the business and goodwill of A. Hall & Sons, woollen carders and spinners, Langlands Mill, Newtown St. Boswells.[1]

1991 The company was dissolved.[2]
