1884 The company was registered in Britain on 24 February.

1897 The company was registered on 21 April, to take over the business of a company of the same name. The object of the original company was to acquire the business of A. J. White, manufacturer of patent medicines, including "Mother Seigel's Syrup". [1]

1956 Manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and distributor of products of Smith Kline and French Laboratories, who subsequently acquired them.[2]
