1914 Drawing office stationers and manufacturers of mathematical and surveying instruments, engineers' photo papers etc. Specialities: photo papers for export, specially prepared sensitized papers and cloth for engineers, machine-mounted drawing papers. [1]

1940 March. Registered as a private company: A. West and Partners Limited - To carry on the business of manufacturers and preparers of paper for photographic printing, manufacturers of and dealers in drawing office materials, photographic, electrical, surveying and aeronautical apparatus, etc. From Flight Magazine of 11 April, 1940.
