1942 A. and A. Crawford Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £50,000, to carry on the business of the same name, Scotch whisky blenders and exporters and wholesale wine and spirit merchants, Leith, and to carry into effect an agreement with the partners of the said firm.[1]

1944 The Distillers Co announced that it had acquired the whole issued capital of A. and A. Crawford Limited and was carrying it on as a subsidiary company.[2]

2008 The company was dissolved.[3]
