1901 A. and B. Mackay Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to acquire and carry on the business of A. and B. Mackay, wine and spirit merchants, at 501 and 503 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.[1]

1933 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
