'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned George Parkes, Frank Parkes, Harriett Parkes, and Lydia Parkes, carrying on business as Edge Tool Manufactures and Cut Nail Manufacturers, at the Coldfield Works, Dartmouth street, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of A. and F. Parkes and Co., was dissolved this day by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Lydia Parks. All debts due to and owing by the said Partnership, will be received and paid by the said George Parkes, Frank Parkes, and Harriett Parkes, by whom the business will henceforth be carried on under the aforesaid style or firm of A. and F.
