1919 Company incorporated to acquire and carry on a business of manufacturing chemists, plaster makers and druggists sundriesmen.

1932 Alfred Francis Emeric de St. Dalmas died; his will left shares in the company to various bodies.[1]

By 1982 the company name was Dalmas, owned by BICC but the company was not trading.
