1991 RHM Manor Foods was renamed Abercroft Cakes

1992 'Abercroft Cakes Limited exclusive producers of private label frozen desserts and gateau based at Park Flint in North East Wales. We are a subsidiary of Ranks Hovis McDougall'.[1]

1997 May. Merged with Tiffany Sharwoods Frozen Food. Employing 226 on a 45,000 Sq ft site on Aber Industrial Park, Flint.[2]

1997 August. RHM Frozen Foods (formally Abercroft Cakes), part of the Tomkins PLC Group.[3]
