1922 Acco Manufacturers was a Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Manufacturers of a paper-holding device. (Stand No. L.64.A) [1]

1924 Company incorporated, manufacturers and dealers in stationers' and office goods, appliances, etc and to adopt an agreement between F. J. Kline and C. S. Squires whereby it was agreed the company should acquire the trademark Acco and licence certain patents.

1964 EGM held at Crayford, Kent

1988 Name changed to Acco Europe Ltd (subsidiary of Acco World Holdings Inc)

1992 Acquired Rexel Ltd, Rexel Business Machines Ltd, Rexel Engineering Ltd and the Cumberland Pencil Co Ltd[2]
