D. Lawrence Santoni is UK agent. (Lawrence Santoni was an Italian aviator).

1910 Lawrence Santoni gained the British licence for an unusual design of air-cooled, semi-radial, stationary[1] engine for aeroplanes built in Italy; this was the Miller engine; Mr Santoni had already secured a licence for the Tellier monoplane[2]. The Miller engine design was unusual in that it enabled 4 cylinders to be arranged above the axis of the crank-shaft.
