1892 The Albion Steamship Company Limited was incorporated, with capital of £75,000, to acquire by purchase or in any other manner, and to utilise a steamship or steamships in yachting cruising services between Norway and England or elsewhere.[1] The company operated the yachting steamer Midnight Sun.

1912 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
