1973 Alcan Aluminium (UK) owned (75 percent) Alcan Booth Industries which had several subsidiaries including: Alcan Booth Sheet and Alcan Booth Extrusions. The remainder was owned by Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation[2]
