1851 Living at Moorside, Haughton: Alexander McIlquham (age 22 born Hyde), Engineer and Millwright. With his wife Esther and daughter Bertha.[1]

1861 Married(2) in Manchester to Anne Woolley

1861 Living at Broom Grove, Haughton: Alexander McIlquham (age 32 born Newton, Cheshire), Mechanical employing 3 boys. With his wife Ann and children Bertha, Frank and Ann.[2]
