Received training with Carter and Penman, Civil Engineers, Edinburgh, and afterwards as Assistant with C. C. Lindsay, M.Inst.C.E., Glasgow, and on the construction of the Bengal-Doran Railway and the building of Ramno-Dacca, the capital to the later province of Eastern Bengal and Assam. Present Position: Sanitary Engineer to the Government of Assam, India.
