BROOK, Alfred; b. 1865 at Plymouth; s. of William Alway Brook. Educ.: Plymouth. Divisional Superintendent for the Great Western Railway, Worcester and Birmingham Districts, 1918-1929; member of Worcester City Council, 1921-1923; appointed Justice of the Peace, Birmingham, 1926; member of the Birmingham Licensing and Compensation Authority, 1929; Guardian of the Birmingham Proof House, 1930; Member of the Visiting Committee, H.M. Prison, Birmingham, 1931; m. d. of W. Langley, 1897; one d. Recreations: Music, gardening, motoring. Club: Worcestershire County Club. Address: Selworthy, Solihull, Warwickshire.
