Allan and Magowan

From Graces Guide

1921 Allan and Magowan Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £15,000, to take over the business of power engineers and contractors carried on by Allan & Magowan at 288-292 Shields Road, Glasgow.[1] The gas committee recommended Port Glasgow Town Council to accept the offer of Allan And Magowan, £573 12s, for their old gas plant.[2]

1923 By now the company was in liquidation.[3]
