Post-WW1: Built two aircraft types immediately after WW1:
- The P1 was a re-design of the Ruffy-Baumann RAB15 following the takeover of Ruffy, Arnell and Baumann Aviation Co based at Hendon.
- The more powerful P2 Seabird was a two-seater with a Napier Lion engine. Only two were built and one crashed on 13th November 1919 killing both pilots.
1920 Company closed when Waring's interest changed.
