1946 Incorporated as a private company owned by British Aluminium Co, Hawker Siddeley and Tube Investments

1961 Manufacturers of aluminium wire and overhead electric conductor and fittings. [1]

By 1975 was a subsidiary of Tube Investments[2]

1985 Hawker Siddeley, which had held one third of the equity, acquired the whole of the electric cable and accessories business of the company[3]

1989 Owned by Delta plc. Became part of Delta Crompton Cables Ltd

2002 Name changed to Delta Circuit Protection and Controls Ltd
