Royal Indian Engineering College, Cooper's Hill. Practical training on Manchester Ship Canal. Employed on various large public works contracts. Chief Agent and Engineer for Punchard, Lowther & Co., Contractors on the Hong-Kong Naval Yard Extension, 1902-8. Partner in firm of Westley, Williams & Henderson, Ltd., Public Works Contractors.
