ARTHUR WERNER ITTER, born on the 14th May, 1854, died on the 25th February, 1910.

For the past 17 years he was exclusively engaged in the manufacture of pressed common bricks known as "Flettons," owning extensive modern works at Whittlesea, Cambridgeshire, and at Calvert in Buckinghamshire. At the time of his death he was one of the largest individual brick-masters in the country.

Mr. Itter was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 2nd March, 1880.
