'Mr. Arthur Brend Winterbotham, M.P., died at his residence, Norman-hill, Dursley...The deceased, who was the managing director of the firm of Hunt and Winterbotham, Limited, leaves a widow, two sons, and a daughter. He had been actively engaged in political and public matters in Stroud and Gloucestershire for the last 30 years. The deceased was born on April 19, 1838, educated at Amersham School, and was married in 1863.[1]
