1835 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Arundel and Joseph Mappin, of Sheffield, in the County of York, as Manufacturers of Cutlery, under the firm of Arundel and Mappin, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said Joseph Mappin, who will continue to carry on the business, on the same premises, on his own account...'[1]
