1905 The company was registered on 12 December.[1] The company had a capital of £100,000, to carry on business as builders, charterers, and owners of steam or sailing ships and other vessels, freight contractors, and general traders, in particular to acquire all or any of the shares of the steamships Aislaby and North Sands.[2]

1909 The company went into liquidation.[3]
