One of the "big four" commercial television contractors appointed by the Independent Television Authority. Its area covered London and the Midlands

1959 Introduced the first international mobile television recording unit that could travel throughout Europe, recording material on the American 525 line system for sale to American television stations[1]

by 1960 owned 50 percent of Pye Records; also had an interest in British Relay Wireless and Television[2]
