1907 Company established.

1910 The B. B. Pictures Limited, Wellington Palace, Commercial Road, Glasgow, was incorporated, with capital of £30,000, to carry on the business of cinematograph entertainers conducted in Glasgow, Dundee, Greenock, Coatbridge, Perth, and Airdrie, and the film-hiring business carried on from Wellington Palace, Glasgow.[1]

1914 Cinematograph exhibition proprietors, picture producers, film renters, electrical engineers and salesmen of every bioscope requisite. Twelve permanent picture shows in Scotland. [2]

1920 The company went into liquidation in order to allow the reconstruction of the business under a new company.[3] The B. B. Pictures (1920) Limited was incorporated, with capital of £200,000.[4]

1963 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[5]
