"We regret to report the death, suddenly in hospital at the age of sixty-two, at Blackpool on December 11th, 1964, of Mr. B. Francis Caunt, managing director of Atkinson Vehicles Ltd. and a director of Atkinson Lorries (Holdings) Ltd. Mr Caunt was an associate member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers USA."
