1939 F.S., F.R.I.B.A., F.R.S.I., NI.T.P.I. City Engr. and City Architect, Bangor, N. Wales. Born: 1888. Career: Asst. lecturer, Cardiff Tech. Coll.; 1914-18, R.E. (France); 1919, on staff of Cardiff Engr., late Chief Housing Asst.; also part time Lecturer on building subjects, Cardiff Tech. Coll.; 1923, Surveyor of Works, Cardiff; 1929, present appointment. Author of, "Estimating for Buildings and Public Works", "Building Laws," etc. Three times Gold Medallist and 1st Prize Winner. P.W. Roads and Trans. Congress.
