1944 The Baggeridge Brick Company Limited was registered as a private company with a nominal capital of £150,000, to take over the business of brick making, formerly carried on by the Earl of Dudley's Baggeridge Colliery Limited.[1]

1981 The company was re-registered as a public company.[2]
