1858 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between William Bailey and Arthur Winkler Wills, both of Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, carrying on business at Wolverhampton aforesaid, as Manufacturing Chemists, under the style or firm of Bailey and Wills, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing to and from the said partnership will be received and paid by the said William Bailey, except the debts due and owing to the said partnership in respect of the agricultural department therefore, which last-mentioned debts will be received by the said Arthur Winkler Wills...'[1]
