1898 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between Frederick James Beesley (otherwise known as Frederick James Baker) and Christopher Woods carrying on business as Bicycle Makers and Repairers at Middle Hill and High-street Egham in the county of Surrey under the style or firm of Baker and Son has as and from the 15th day of March 1898 been dissolved by mutual consent. And notice is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting between the said Frederick James Beesley and John Woods carrying on the said business at Middle Hill and High-street Egham aforesaid under the said style or firm of Baker and Son has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 17th day of March 1898. All debts due to or owing by the said late firms will be received and paid by the said John Woods who continues the said business under the present style or firm of Baker and Son...'[1]
