1830 Partnership change. '... the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Banister Eccles, Joseph Eccles, John Eccles, and Eccles Shorrock, of Blackburn, in the County of Lancaster, Cotton-Spinners and Cotton-Manufacturers, and carried on under the firm of Banister Eccles and Company, is this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as respects the said Eccles Shorrock.— All debts owing by and to the said late Copartners will be paid and received by the said Banister Eccles, Joseph Eccles, and John Eccles....'[1]

1841 Partnership dissolved.
