Incorporated as a Limited Company in 1899.

1914 Directors: James Marriage (Chairman and Managing Director), Frank Wm. Marriage, Harry Langdon. Premises: Besides the Head Office at 14, Aldgate, and the Wine Department at 9, Aldgate, the Company have several branches. Stag: Eighty-six. Extensive business as Tea and Coffee Dealers, Family Grocers, Wine, Spirit, and Bottled Beer Merchants.
