1899 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Hyde Beadle and William Ernest Rance, carrying on business as Naval Architects and Engineers, at Clarendon Quay, Cowes, Isle of Wight, in the county of Hants, under the style or firm of Beadle and Rance, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the third day of July, 1899. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Hyde Beadle...'[1]
