The Valuable MACHINERY, a Twenty-four-Horse Power BEAM-ENGINE, a Three-Horse Power DITTO, WORKING IMPLEMENTS and UTENSILS in TRADE, the whole being of the most modern and improved construction, and now in excellent working condition.
