1911 Residing at 33 Moor Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire: Benjamin Ladds (age 42 born Rushden), Boot Manufacturer. With his wife Ida Elizabeth, three daughters and sons Benjamin Hugh Ladds and John Alan Ladds.[1]

1938 November 26th. Died, of 33 Moor Road, Rushden. Probate to Benjamin Hugh Ladds.
