'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Betteley the younger and Frederic John Bury, carrying on business as Anchor Smiths and Chain Cable Manufacturers, in Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Betteley and Bury, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
