1896 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned James Gibson Binnington and Thomas Binnington carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Vendors at Number 15 Midland-street in the borough of Kingston-upon-Hull under the style or firm of Binnington and Company was dissolved this 17th day of February 1896 by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Gibson Binnington who will continue to carry on the business on his own account at Number 15 Midland-street aforesaid...'[1]
