'...made between Isaac Blackburn and William Sigismund Stiebel, of Leeds in the county of York, Millwrights, Engineers, Ironfounders and Boiler Makers (carrying on business in partnership together, at the Argus Foundry in Leeds aforesaid, under the firm of Blackburn and Stiebel), of the first part; Henry Rawson Morley, Iron Merchant, Richard Harrison, Timber Merchant, and Stephen Whiiham, Iron Manufacturer, all of Leeds aforesaid, trustees for themselves and the rest of the creditors...'[1]
