'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joshua Taite Naylor and John Burton Bolland, carrying on business as Cement Manufacturers and Merchants, at Carville Cement Works, Wallsend, in the county of Northumberland, and at No. 30, Clayton-street West, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the style or firm of Bolland, Naylor, and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Joshua Taite Naylor, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account...'[1]
