1905 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Bostock of Stafford, in the county of Stafford, Shoe Manufacturer, Henry Bostock, of the same place, Shoe Manufacturer, and Walter Joseph Heeley, of the city of Chester, Shoe Manufacturer, carrying on business as Wholesale Boot and Shoe Manufacturers, at 21, King-street, Chester aforesaid, and as Retail Boot and Shoe Dealers, at Eastgate-row, Chester aforesaid, under the style or firm of "BOSTOCK AND HEELEY," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 6th day of February, 1904, so far as regards the said wholesale business, and as and from the 26th day of March, 1904, so far as regards the said retail business. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Walter Joseph Heeley...'[1]
