1878 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, George Veitch and Alexander Glegg, carrying on business as Metal and General Founders, Manufacturers, and Machinists, at the Phoenix Foundry, Mount-pleasant, Clerkenwell, under the style or firm of Bowen and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 31 st day of December, 1877. All debts owing to or by the said firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Alexander Glegg, by whom alone the business will, in future, be carried on...'[1]
