'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, George Veitch and Alexander Glegg, carrying on business as Metal and General Founders, Manufacturers, and Machinists, at the Phoenix Foundry, Mount-pleasant, Clerkenwell, under the style or firm of Bowen and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 31 st day of December, 1877.
