1996 Amalgamation of Composite Design Mouldings (a division of Brecknell, Willis and Co Ltd) and Strachan and Fox Composites Ltd., forming one of the industry leaders in GRP design, manufacture and supply.
2014 Brecknell Willis Composites Ltd was acquired by the Wabtec Corporation.
2020 Three production sites in Chard, providing approximately 30,000ft² of manufacturing space, supported by trimming, assembly and finishing department, complete with painting, baking and curing ovens.
