John Langham, trading as Bright and Langham, of the Brush Farm Ironworks, and Wood Lane Works West Bromwich, maker of common bars, sheets and strip..... The Brush Farm Works belonged the late Sir Stephen Glynne, brother of the late Mrs. W. E. Gladstone. He sold them to Mr. Bright, who willed them to Mrs. Langham, and they are now secured on her as her share of tie late Mr. Bright's estate.'
