1912 Company wound up. '...That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is therefore advisable that the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Messrs. Cecil Perry, of 38, Conduit-street, London, W., and C. Henry Gray, of Cunard Works, Widdrington-road, Coventry, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.
